Our Code of Ethics

A Commitment to Professionalism, Safety, and Trust

At MassageART, our foremost priority is to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all our clients. Our practice is built on a foundation of trust, integrity, and clear ethical boundaries. This code of conduct outlines our unwavering commitment to you.

1. Strictly Professional and Non-Sexual Service

This is the cornerstone of our practice. We provide strictly therapeutic, holistic, and professional massage.

  • No Sexual Services: We do not offer or provide services of a sexual or erotic nature. Our focus is entirely on holistic well-being, energy balancing, and deep relaxation within clear, ethical boundaries.
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: Any request for, or insinuation of, sexual services will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to book future appointments.

2. Client Safety, Comfort, and Consent

Your physical and emotional safety is paramount. We create a space where you can fully relax, knowing you are in control.

  • Informed Consent: Before each session, we discuss your needs and boundaries. The session proceeds only with your explicit consent.
  • Continuous Communication: You are encouraged to communicate any discomfort or preference at any point during the session. You have the right to stop or modify the session at any time, for any reason.
  • Professional Draping: We use professional draping techniques at all times to ensure your privacy and comfort are respected.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

We hold all client information in the strictest confidence. Any personal details or information shared during our conversations or sessions will remain completely private and will not be disclosed to any third party.

4. Scope of Practice

Our practitioners are trained in holistic massage techniques designed for relaxation and well-being.

  • Not a Substitute for Medical Care: Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. We do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, or perform spinal manipulations.
  • Professional Recommendation: We recommend that you consult with a qualified physician or mental health professional for any medical or psychological concerns.

5. Professional Integrity

We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of our profession. This includes ongoing education, a commitment to our clients' well-being, and upholding this code of ethics in every interaction.
